Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Night Kitchen website and services. By using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Scope and Operating Hours
- Service Area: Our delivery service is strictly limited to Sikandra and its specific neighboring areas. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders placed outside our designated service area.
- Operating Hours: Night Kitchen operates during specific night hours, typically from [3:00 PM] to [8:00 PM]. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed during the next operating shift.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Product Pricing: All products are priced based on the MRP (Maximum Retail Price).
- Extra Charges: In addition to the MRP, Packing Fees, Delivery Partner Charges, and Fuel Charges will apply. These charges are clearly itemized and added to your total bill during the checkout process.
- Payment Methods: We accept online payments (UPI/Card), and Cash on Delivery (COD). The customer is responsible for having the exact change ready for COD payments.
3. Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
A. Cancellation:
- Immediate Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 10 minutes of placement, provided the preparation process has not yet begun.
- Refused Cancellation: Cancellations will not be accepted if the order preparation has started (i.e., after the 10-minute window) or if the order is out for delivery.
B. Refunds:
- Refunds will only be issued if the order was successfully canceled or could not be fulfilled by Night Kitchen.
- Refund processing may take [5 to 7] business days to reflect in the customer's account.
4. Quality and Complaints
- Quality: We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all food products.
- Complaints: If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, you must notify our customer service immediately, **within 30 minutes of receiving the delivery**, and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
5. User Responsibility
- It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide the correct delivery address, phone number, and contact details. We are not liable for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.
- If the delivery partner is unable to reach the customer after reasonable attempts, the order may be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
